    Israel Levy, CEO

    Israel joined as CEO on Sept 2014 for the transition to the enterprise market. He served as the founder and CEO of ControlGuard (acquired by Cryptzone), an endpoint security company that served over 300 large enterprises including the largest financial and security agencies in the US and Israel. Prior to ControlGuard, he was the CEO of Technomatix Unicam, a fully owned subsidiary of Tecnomatix (NASDAQ: TCNO), which was acquired by UGS and later by Siemens. Prior to Unicam, Israel was Senior VP Business Development and BU manager at CA HQ in Islandia NY and a Managing Director of Computer Associates Israel. Israel holds a BA and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

    Israel Baharav, COO and Cofounder

    Israel has extensive experience managing young, advanced technology companies. He was executive chairman of Idanit, now called Scitex Vision, and later of Objet. He was also closely involved with two other high technology startups, Healinxs and Optonics; was founder and president of BI-101, an international consulting company; and is Managing Director of STEP Inc. in Israel. Israel Baharav served in the Israel Air Force (IAF), where he attained the rank of Brigadier General. He has held top-level executive and operational roles in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), including Head of Air Force Intelligence, Head of Air Force Operational Requirements, and Head of IDF Strategic Planning. As a fighter pilot and commanding officer, he was awarded the Distinguished Service Medal by the President of Israel.

    Ran Dubin, CTO

    Ran joined as CTO on July 2022. Prior to joining BUFFERZONE, Dr. Dubin was the cofounder and CEO of SNDBOX, acquired by OPSWAT. Ran is a cyber and AI veteran with over 20 years of experience in AI, zero-trust attack prevention, malware research, and network analysis. Ran has served as cyber and AI Technology innovation leader for companies such as Radcom, Allot, Double Verify and the Israeli ministry of defense. He received his B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in communication systems engineering from Ben-Gurion University, Israel.

    Uriel Ginsburg, VP R&D

    Uriel has 20 years of experience in software development, specializing in information and network security. As a veteran of the online hacking scene since the Internet’s early days, Uriel has insight into attacking systems and draws upon this experience to defend them. Uriel has been with the company from the very beginning, growing from a development position to managing the R&D team and operation.

    Mor Miller, VP Business Development

    Mor  joined BUFFERZONE as VP of Business Development in January 2018.  In this role, he identifies and develops global business opportunities, including brand awareness and sales strategies that help reach growth objectives. 

    Prior to joining BUFFERZONE, Mor served as Chief Operations Officer of Tangotec, a semi-conductor startup in the communications industry.  In this role, he we responsible for budgets, project schedules, and other operational measures such as schedule revisions, manpower, and fund allocations. 

    Mor earned a bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering from Cal Poly State University in 2001. 

    Ori Ashkenazi, Head of Engineering

    Ori joined BUFFERZONE® in early 2021, bringing 10 years of experience in managing international engineering teams, focused on large-scale security projects. 

    Prior to joining BUFFERZONE®, Ori served as director of engineering with CymbIoT, an IOT Command and Control Platform for Smart cities and HomeLand Security projects. Ori was overall responsible for the product, from requirements definition to delivery, and played a key role in defining the product’s next generation. 

    Prior to CymbIoT, Ori served abroad as director of engineering at BSD Security Systems, managing and delivering multiple projects for the company’s HLS division. His proven track record includes defining, implementing, and delivering multiple projects simultaneously including 5000+ security sensors and hundreds s of monitoring endpoints with value of more than 25M USD.
